Pure Stride Dress Orthotics are only dispensed by medical professionals. Pure Stride Dress Orthotics give quick pain relief in the arch, heel and metatarsals. Pure Stride Dress Orthotics are made up of 6 layers to ensure comfort. The first layer is a breathable micro-leather, the second layer is a 2mm open-cell foam PU foam. The 3rd layer is a PP shell. The fourth layer is a 2mm latex pad under the metatarsals for added comfort. The fifth layer is a 5mm PU heel pad for added cushioning to the heels. The sixth layer is made up of fiber to cover the bottom of the orthotic.
